NOMORA VENTRURES LLC (“SnapBetter”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes how we process Personal Data (as defined below) that we collect through our websites and when we provide our services (together, the “Services”).

This Policy also tells you about your rights and choices with respect to your Personal Data, and how you can contact us with questions or concerns.

1. Personal Data we collect

In this Policy, “Personal Data” means information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. We may collect and process Personal Data about you in the ways described below. Where applicable, we indicate whether and why you must provide Personal Data, as well as the consequences of failing to do so.

If you do not provide Personal Data when requested, you may not be able to benefit from the Services if that information is necessary to provide the Services or if we are legally required to collect it.

1.1 Information you provide to us

Registration and profile information. If you create an account or complete a purchase, we may collect information such as your name, email address, and other details you choose to provide (for example, company name, address, or phone number).

Portrait photo information. When you use our Services, you upload photos of yourself so we can generate AI headshots. You may also provide optional information to help us generate more accurate results (for example, age range, gender presentation, ethnicity, hair or eye color, profession, or other preferences). Depending on your location, applicable law might define some of this information as biometric identifiers, biometric information, or biometric data.

Communications. If you contact us, we collect the information you provide in your message (including attachments) and related contact details. When we send emails, we may use standard tracking (for example, open or click events) to understand deliverability and improve communications.

Payment information and purchase history. If you purchase the Services, payment-related information is collected by our payment processor(s) on our behalf and we receive related information such as transaction identifiers, billing metadata, and the services purchased.

Marketing information. If you join our mailing list or request updates, we collect your contact details and communication preferences.

1.2 Information collected via automated means

Usage information. We automatically receive information about your interactions with our Services, such as last login, IP address, device identifiers (where available), user IDs, pages viewed, searches conducted, and the dates and times of your visits.

Device and log information. We may collect browser type, operating system, language settings, and diagnostic logs to help secure and operate the Services.

1.3 Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies (collectively, “cookies”) to help the Services function, remember preferences, improve performance, and measure marketing effectiveness. Cookies are small text files containing a string of alphanumeric characters stored on your device.

Some cookies are strictly necessary for the Services to work. You can usually remove or reject cookies through your browser settings, but doing so may affect site functionality.

  • Functional cookies: required for core functionality (for example, session handling and security).
  • Analytics cookies: used to understand usage and improve the Services.
  • Advertising cookies (where used): used to measure campaigns and provide more relevant offers.

1.4 Information we obtain from third parties

Social media information. We may maintain pages on social media platforms. When you visit or interact with those pages, the platform provider’s privacy policy applies to your interactions and their collection and processing of Personal Data. You or the platform may provide us information through the platform, and we will treat such information in accordance with this Policy.

Third-party login information. If you link, connect, or log in with a third-party identity provider (for example, Google), you direct that provider to send us information as authorized by you and your settings with that provider.

Other sources. We may obtain Personal Data from other sources such as service providers, marketing partners, and publicly available sources (for example, to measure campaigns or prevent fraud).

2. How we use Personal Data

We use Personal Data to operate, maintain, and provide the Services, including generating and delivering your AI headshots. Where required under applicable law, we process Personal Data based on a valid legal ground (for example, to perform a contract, with consent, or for legitimate interests).

  • Providing the Services (accounts, orders, uploads, generation, and delivery).
  • Personalization (using your preferences to improve results).
  • Support and customer relationship management.
  • Fraud prevention and security monitoring.
  • Analytics and product development.
  • Marketing and promotional communications (subject to your choices).
  • Administrative and legal purposes (compliance, enforcing terms, protecting rights).
  • Generating anonymized or aggregated data for lawful purposes.

3. How we disclose your Personal Data

We may disclose Personal Data to third parties in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers, vendors, and analytics partners that help us operate the Services (for example, hosting, storage, payments, email delivery, customer support, and monitoring).
  • Affiliates and subsidiaries, where disclosure is reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy.
  • Legal and safety disclosures, including when required by law or when we believe disclosure is appropriate to protect rights, safety, and security.
  • Business transfers (for example, a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets).
  • With your direction or consent (for example, if you choose to share your generated headshots).

4. Data retention

We take measures to delete your Personal Data or keep it in a form that does not permit identifying you when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which we process it, unless we need to retain certain information as required by law or as reasonably necessary to meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, or enforce our terms.

When determining retention periods, we consider factors such as the nature of the data, the purposes of processing, the length of our relationship with you, and legal requirements. Uploads and generated outputs are retained for a limited time to enable delivery and downloads; you may be able to delete sooner via settings (where available) or by contacting support.

5. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you reside, you may have certain rights regarding your Personal Data, including access, portability, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent. We may ask you to provide information to verify your identity before fulfilling a request, and some requests may be subject to limitations or exceptions under applicable law.

You can unsubscribe from promotional emails via the link provided in those emails. Even if you opt out of promotional messages, we may continue to send administrative and transactional messages.

5.3 Complaints

If you believe our processing of your Personal Data violates applicable law, you may have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve your concern.

6. Third parties

Our Services may contain links to other websites, products, or services that we do not own or operate. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. Please review their privacy policies before providing any information to them.

7. Security

We use reasonable physical, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect Personal Data. However, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security to the extent permitted by law.

8. Children’s privacy

We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use Personal Data from children under 18 years of age, and no part of the Services are directed to children. If you believe a child has provided us with Personal Data, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

9. Cross-border data transfers

Our Services may be hosted in the United States. If you choose to use the Services from regions with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from U.S. law, you understand that you are transferring your Personal Data to the United States for storage and processing.

Where required, we use appropriate safeguards and transfer mechanisms for cross-border transfers.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we modify this Policy, we will update the “Last updated” date above. If we materially change the ways we process Personal Data, we will provide additional notice as required by law.
